The Hudson Aleatico is rare and unique, yielding a fresh, vibrant, slightly tinted white wine pressed from an obscure red wine variety, native to Italy and Corsica. Typically made into into a passito-style dessert wine, the Aleatico grape is related to the noble French Muscat blanc à Petits Grains. Lee Hudson planted Aleatico here in 1998, and our loyal members favor this high-energy white wine so greatly that it usually sells out upon release.
