Hudson Vineyards is committed to excellence and growing the finest wines possible. Every vintage provides its own opportunities and challenges; creating quality, individuality and nuance in each bottle of wine.
The winemaking team is a collaboration between three people, Lee Hudson, owner and operator, John Kongsgaard, consulting winemaker and Christopher Vandendriessche, winemaker. We all firmly believe that the wine is made in the vineyard, but the care and the attention to detail cannot stop there. Every effort possible is taken between the vineyard and you to make wines without compromise.
Stony, minerally nose. High-pitched aromas of fresh picked apples, and pistachios. A wine of intensity, rather than overt richness. Medium bodied palate, with mild creamy notes.
The vintage stylishness is present in the nose. Red plum, black tea, and a hint of pepper nose. Wonderful acids and dusty tannins provide a remarkable long finish.
Vibrant and green, with strong notes of crushed green herbs and a spicy finish. A Tuscan style olive oil using traditional Tuscan varieties.
A beautiful rosé that simply put is the essence of rose petals. Initial floral notes unfold into delectable strawberries. It is fresh, floral and lively.
An elegantly textured red wine with nuanced complexity, exuding layers of ripe cherries, spice and cigar box, offering a delicate lingering finish.
