With approximately 2 acres planted, the garden at Hudson Ranch is constantly evolving to reflect the local demand for niche produce varieties, while balancing the need for key staple items. In 2008, the ranch grew over 60 different varieties of fruits and vegetables, experimenting to find favorites. We applied this knowledge in 2009 and built our first greenhouse and began a local CSA program. 2010 saw the CSA program expand and our produce being used in multiple restaurants throughout the valley.
